Dr Shanker Pasupathy is an upper gastrointestinal and bariatric surgeon and Medical Director of the Digestive Centre, with extensive experience in treating acid reflux (GERD) and other gastro-oesophageal conditions. His practice has a strong focus on minimally invasive treatments, including LINX® and fundoplication.

He has undergone advanced training in gastrointestinal endoscopy, keyhole and robotic surgery across Singapore, Germany, the UK and France. Before entering private practice, he served as Director of the LIFE Centre and Chief of the Metabolic-Bariatric Surgery Service at Singapore General Hospital, and remains actively involved in training doctors and healthcare professionals locally and regionally.
